This week has already been pretty darn amazing! Here’s a little glimpse of the past week!
I had posing practice with the one and only IFBB Bikini Pollianna Moss. She was recently in the 2013 Pro Bikini Olympia!
She’s one of the only IFBB Bikini Pro’s on the island of Oahu and is the regional coach in Hawaii for Team Bombshell! Thank you again if you’re reading this Polli for all your help! I want to rock it just like you!

I am also corresponding with my IFBB Bikini Coach Bianca Barry! She’s just an awesome Coach to have! Being a coach myself, I see the true value of having the support of a coach. I’m glad I’m now hooked up with her to help guide and encourage me as I get up on that Bikini stage and strut my stuff! Wow, I can’t believe already 7 weeks out for me!
She recently became an IFBB pro in 2012! What a great role model too!
I’m also corresponding with Registered Dietitian and dotFit guru Kat Barefield! Thank you God for this woman in my life! I’ve been inspired by her for the past 3 years since hearing about this company. I was exposed to this lovely lady because she is in all the dotFit videos to get certified. She’s no joke and really knows so much detailed nutritional information! Why do you think I want to become a Dietitian? To be honest, she’s one of the reasons! I’m excited to announce she will be coming to the UFC Gym in Hawaii to do a dotFit seminar on April 3-4 for all the UFC Gym Coaches! Plans and details will come soon!

Well, it’s going really good! I only work out 5 days a week, but teach a fitness class where I’m pretty much working out too. Leaving one day to recover and rest is so important! So far, I’ve been sticking more to my plan. Did I mention that I get one fabulous cheat meal a week!? Still! One should never ever ever put blame on just the trainer for not getting results. That’s called, AN EXCUSE! It’s always a like, 80% 20% thing! Or, 70% 30% thing…. or better yet 90% 10% thing…. It comes down to what I choose to do that she recommends and suggests! If I don’t follow the plan = not as much results. Being 7 weeks out, here’s some things that are helping to motivate me to EAT THE PLAN, WORKOUT on THE PLAN, and CARDIO IT, “ON THE PLAN!”
I had to do this because my downfall = meal replacement bars!! Ah, they’re SOOOO good! Oh, and I’m going to add a Quest Bar in this too… the White Chocolate Raspberry one…. HEAVEN! lol So, the consequence is that I will not go shopping for a month if I eat one….. And I actually started this a day before on Feb 23. Let’s see how bar-sober I can be… I can’t give up shopping! lol
With only 7 weeks to go, I feel like I’m getting more lean every day… and every day DOES COUNT! Not just that, every drink, bite, every rep, set, and minute I’m working out… I want to be IN TUNE and ON IT. Really I’m just FIRED UP!
THE JERSEY = AKA MY BIKINI! Just ordered it from CJ Elite Swimwear! I’m doing something different this year. I ordered it pretty plain without any gems on it… will make sure to take GREAT care of it this time and after this competition will be upgrading it with all the pretty crystals. Adding those babies is just $500! Competing is a very expensive (but don’t get me wrong…. GREAT investment) if you know why exactly you’re doing it. I spent a little less than $500 on the Bikini alone. Just an FYI that the connectors themselves are $100!! So cheap shit here! heh… I can’t wait for it to come in and to show you what I got!
